Provincial Services Academy, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (PSA KP) and Secretariat Training Institute (STI) Islamabad signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 26th February 2026 at STI, Islamabad.

Through this MoU, both institutions will collaborate to develop and share online training courses and a joint Learning Management System (LMS) for the capacity building of civil servants across Pakistan.
